Your kitchen progress stays on your device. No game account is required. Ads use Google AdMob, purchases use your app store, and support is available by email.
1. Who we are

This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, visit this website or contact us.
2. Your game progress
Coins, completed stages, kitchen upgrades, preferences, tutorials, personal records and an interrupted shift are stored locally on your device. This release does not offer cloud accounts or upload your game progress to our servers. You can play offline.
Use Settings → Start over to reset local progression. This keeps preferences and purchase ownership. Uninstalling the app removes its local files, subject to your device's operating system and any backups you control. Progress is not transferred automatically to a different device by SushiGame.
3. Advertising & consent
The free game uses Google AdMob to show an ad after a shift when one is available. Google's advertising software may collect and share your IP address (and approximate location inferred from it), device, app or account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and crash or performance information. It uses this information to deliver and measure ads, operate and improve its services, and prevent fraud.
We request non-personalized ads. These ads can still use information for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Android's advertising-ID permission is excluded from this release. On iOS, publisher first-party IDs are disabled and the app does not request permission to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Google's consent software presents choices where required before ads can be requested. To revisit available regional choices, open Settings → Purchases & ad privacy → Ad privacy choices. If no regional form is required, that button opens this privacy policy. Withdrawing consent does not change processing that already occurred lawfully.

4. Purchases
Remove ads is an optional, one-time purchase through Apple or Google Play. Your store handles payment and billing details; we do not receive your payment-card information. SushiGame reads verified purchase records to grant and restore ad removal.
Android keeps a signed purchase record in private storage excluded from Android backup. iOS uses verified StoreKit entitlements. The platform may revoke access following a refund or purchase revocation.
Restore purchases uses the same Apple or Google Play account that made the purchase. Purchases do not transfer between the two stores. The stores handle transaction records under their own policies: Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
5. Support & this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, device model, issue description or screenshots. We use it to answer your request, investigate problems and handle purchase or privacy questions. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
This website uses no analytics, advertising scripts, contact forms or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served by the website itself. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
6. Sharing, security & retention
We use service providers for website hosting and email support. Apple and Google process information as described above. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect people's rights, safety or the security of our services. We do not sell the support messages you send us.
Local game data stays on your device until you reset it or remove it. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request and related follow-up, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, then delete it or remove identifying details. Advertising, store and hosting providers apply their own retention periods and controls.
Information handled by service providers may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. We use access controls and encrypted connections where supported to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. Your choices & rights
You can play offline, change available advertising-consent choices, buy Remove ads to stop the game's ad breaks, reset your progress, or contact us about your information. Purchasing Remove ads does not erase information already processed by an advertising provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Where applicable, consent supports advertising-related processing; responding to support requests, providing services, security and legal requirements may provide other lawful grounds.
Email games@arcandlogic.com with the subject “SushiGame privacy request.” We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your request. We cannot access or remotely delete the progress stored only on your device, and some requests may need to be directed to Apple or Google for information they control.
8. Children
The game has no player profile, chat or form asking children to provide a name, email address or other contact information. Advertising services can process technical information as described above. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request its removal.
Parents and guardians can also use their device's controls to restrict purchases and manage app access.
9. Changes & contact
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated in the game or by another appropriate notice, and we will request consent again where required.
